Resort Policy:
Check-In time is 3:00pm and Check-Out time is 11:00am
Payment is due in full at time of check-in. No refunds for early departures.
All rooms are non-smoking. $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside any building.
You must be at least 18 years old to reserve a room or cabin.
Pool use is for resort guests only. No exceptions.
Quiet times are from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of others. Many plan to get up at sunrise for the opening hour of fishing.
Cancellation Policy
Rooms require a 48 hour notice or you will be charged for 1 night. For holiday weekends, if not cancelled within 48 hours then a 2 night charge applies.
All cabins and blocks of rooms (4 or more) require a 14 day notice or you will be charged for 1 night for each room.
We do not accept any cancellations via email. They must be done in person or over the phone.
Forest View Lodge Specific Policy
Forest View Lodge is not animal (including dogs) friendly.

Dog Only policy
No puppies. $20 dog fee, per dog per stay. Please provide vaccination papers per our insurance policy requirements. Dogs must be housebroken and free of fleas, ticks, etc. If staying in the house they may stay in the fenced yard. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outside and may not be left unattended in the room or locked in a bathroom unless kenneled. Do not let them relieve themselves in public areas and please pick up any waste. If there is ANY DAMAGE to furniture, bedding, linens, flooring, etc. you will be responsible for replacement. Forest View Lodge is not animal friendly.
